Using this site and joining a cohort
Acceptance of terms
By using this website, submitting an enquiry or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Enrolment
A seat is confirmed only after the enrolment process is completed and the applicable fee is received. Seats in each cohort are limited and allocated in order of confirmation.
Learners are expected to attend live sessions, complete assignments and participate in the cohort in good faith.
Program changes
We may adjust schedules, trainers, session order or curriculum content to keep programs current with industry practice. Where a change materially affects your batch, we will inform you in advance.
Code of conduct
Respectful conduct towards peers, trainers and staff is required. We may withdraw access for behaviour that disrupts the learning environment or breaches this code.
Intellectual property
Course material, recordings, templates and site content belong to The Cohort School and are provided for personal learning only. Redistribution, resale or public sharing is not permitted.
Limitation of liability
We provide training and career support in good faith but do not guarantee specific employment, salary or business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant program.
